Decentro (Y-Combinator S20), is a Banking-as-a-Service platform that helps banks and fintech companies choose the right modules for their business, test them in their sandbox, and launch their product with our APIs & SDKs, all in a matter of days.

We started working with Decentro (YC S20) a few months back when they started scaling up and were experimenting with different products. Decentro has a consumption based model and multiple products further increases the complexity. They have a software arm and a payments/collection i.e. transaction arm. Daily revenue and cost depends on a lot of parameters.

When we started working with them, Decentro was struggling with:

  • Real time visibility of their customer wise churn and revenue
  • Cohort analysis
  • Targets vs actuals and giving that visibility to stakeholders across the company
  • Manual effort needed to get visibility on metrics

Mantys helped Decentro by:

  1. Integrating with different data sources and getting all the data at one place
  2. Integrate with sources like Streak, Metabase and Excel
  3. Running sync on a near real time basis to give real time visibility
  4. Configuring metrics and creating a pricing structure to cater to their unique usage based business model
  5. Configured custom metrics(Booked ARR, Billed ARR, cost, LTV, etc.) based on their definitions
  6. Created an editable pricing and cost structure to accomodate different parameters
  7. Track usage on a daily basis to give daily revenue and cost
  8. Giving visibility and access to different stakeholders:
  9. Track targets vs actuals
  10. Track sales owner wise revenue and GM and increase accountability
